| 职位描述(Job Descriptions) |
Job Name: Service Relations Manager Qualifying Experience: - University degree or above - At least 3 years experience as leader/manager with direct reports in a multinational or large local company, preferably in a BPO type or IT service industry (call center, back office, payroll...etc) - Departmental financial management, including budgeting and financial alignment to company goals - People management, including compensation, performance management, career development - Mature and excellent communications/interpersonal skills - Can work independently with the minimal amount of supervision - Must be good in English - Knowledge in ITIL a big plus
Job Responsibilities: - Manage teams of professionals servicing diverse clients outside China, capabilities performed by teams include Service Level Management and Admin work initially - Meet and exceed client service level agreements - Improve productivity over time - Manage internal client and delivery issues, be able to resolve problems in time to deliver required work output - Conduct work migration on the receiving end, manage knowledge transfers effectively - Attend internal account meetings
注: 待遇:20-30W/年 工作地点:武汉 福利状况:月薪(13个月)+5险一金+5000/年的商业保险及家庭附属保险+带薪培训等,年休假第一年12天,第二年15天。
