某世界500强IT企业急聘
Position：ITO-Systems Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of systems administrators to manage and support the IT workplace environment for clients. The services provided to client include:
End-users desk side support (including 1st and 2nd level H/W and S/W support)
Physical and logical IMAC for desktops, laptops and servers
Manage and support the workplace infrastructure (E.g. Directory servers, Email servers, LAN, WAN, etc.)
Support IT Projects
Specialised VIP support
Asset management
Vendor management
In addition, this role supports the IT managers on financial forecasting & reporting, resource planning, people management activities, leading technical projects and developing business proposal.
Job Requirements:
University degree in IT or equivalent disciplines
Minimum 5 years working experience
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
Has experience in supporting English speaking foreign user
1+ year experience in leading a team of engineers in supporting client IT environment
Good knowledge and experience in Window 2000, Windows XP, Lotus Notes, AS400, Windows 2003 server, MS Exchange, LAN and WAN
Demonstration of team player
Willing to take up responsibility
Able to work independently and under pressure.
ITIL / CCNA / CCNP / MCP / MCSE / MCDST an added advantage
Experience in supporting financials, resource planning and people management an added advantage
