| 职位描述(Job Descriptions) |
The Job:
Design of printed circuit boards for domestic appliances.
Skills Needed / Main Accountabilities:
Product specification:
Agreement of the PCB size and other mechanical constraints
Liaison with product design groups to ensure product fit
Identification of the best PCB technologies to suit the requirements of each project
Electronic design:
Design PCBs (single sided, double sided and multilayer) for mains voltages, high currents as well as logic level designs.
Experience of high speed digital designs an advantage.
Ensure product compliance with appropriate standards and regulations
Parallel development with product design groups
Use of PC based design tools (PCB layout and schematic entry)
Production development
Advise on all aspects of PCB manufacture, assembly and cost down activities.
Ensure the lowest cost manufacturing techniques are employed.
Ensure design robustness within environment
Library Administration
Design of Symbols, Footprints and parts for the Mentor Library
Entry of component details into the company database.
Qualifications / Competencies / Experience Required:
Good knowledge of High Voltage (up to 250v) PCB design
Good knowledge of High Power (up to 20A) PCB design
Good knowledge of EMC issues, particularly related to PCB design
Good knowledge of Schematic capture & PCB layout CAD tools(preferably Mentor Graphics Expedition or Mentor Graphics Autoactive RE)
Some mechanical drawing experience using CAD tools
IPC certification(desirable)
Experience of Mentor Graphics(desirable)
DFM (design for manufacture) experience(desirable)
Self-motivated with good communication, organisational and planning skills
Team player able to rapidly integrate into a multi-product design team
