| 职位描述(Job Descriptions) |
The Job:
This will involve the generation of ideas for innovative drives solutions,the design and testing of prototypes,and validation of production intent drives in conjunction with product teams.
Skills Needed/Main Accountabilities:
Experience in a design/development engineering role./Previous experience of the development of small drives and/or moulded gears would be an distinct advantage./Experience of design for assembly and parts tolerancing./A good understanding of fundamental physical theories and general engineering principles./A good working knowledge of material properties, manufacturing technologies and processes./Ability to validate designs. Defining and planning testing requirements, proposing test methods and evaluating test results/Ability to define and work to a specification and project timescales./A strong knowledge of 3D CAD including assemblies. (Unigraphics would be advantageous)./Basic competence in the use of MS Word and Excel.
Qualifications/Competencies/Experience Required:
A Bachelor degree (Or higher)in Mechanical Engineering or related subject./A willingness to challenge assumptions and innovate./A creative and practical approach to problem solving and design development./The ability to communicate and demonstrate ideas./Ability to work autonomously and maintain focus of self and others. /A logical approach with attention to detail./Displays a resolve to develop potential solutions to a successful conclusion.
