The Job:
To provide strategic people planning for designated business areas that will attract, retain and develop great people passionate about dyson./To build effective relationships and communication styles to enable the support, advice and challenge of people practices within the business./To coach and support both leaders and individuals to maximize their contribution to the company.
Skills Needed/Main Accountabilities:
To maintain and further develop commercial knowledge of the rapidly changing business environment. Be a key contributor of the business's decision making process./Be a technical expert in the delivery of HR Services./Provision of advice and support with recruitment and selection of staff issues to all levels of management./Provision of advice and support with retention issues to all levels of management./Identify and deliver manpower and succession planning for client groups./Provide excellent customer service to all client groups on Operational HR issues./Develop effective relationships with Directors, managers and teams./Develop, implement and manage policies/procedures to ensure compliance in all areas of HR./Advise, support and challenge managers on business decisions./Design and deliver HR Policies that underpin our business culture./Assess the training needs in client groups to maximize the potential of people, where appropriate to design and deliver training programs./Liaise with external suppliers to source the most effective and efficient products for the business (e.g. training and recruitment) for a competitive price./Collate monthly KPIs and take appropriate action./Maintain good working knowledge of legislative requirements and ensure that these are met in the context of any support and advice given to managers./Project Manage department business objectives in line with HR strategic plan./Familiar with PRC Immigration process;/Organize expats obtaining the relevant permits prior to commencing employment.
Qualifications/Competencies/Experience Required:
At least 3 years generalist HR experience/Relevant bachelor degree or above./Good command of English both spoken and written./A strong understanding of relevant employment law (PRC labour law and regulations)./Change management experience/Proven ability in coaching and mentoring technique./A high level of focus on the achievement of targeted results./A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers/Able to generate innovative HR solutions./Good all round business knowledge, Business/commercial focus./Service focus/Computer literate/Team Work /Drive and Enthusiasm./Excellent written and verbal communication skills./Influencing/negotiation skills/Project management skills.
