| 职位描述(Job Descriptions) |
The Job:
To monitor and verify graphic files and artwork received from the UK and update the spreadsheet to communicate to the Engineers and Suppliers./To take an Implementation meeting and update all information resulting from that meeting and keep up to date records and status of all live Change Order's in system./To take a Change Order meeting and update any Change Order's resulting from that meeting in system within 1 day of the meeting./Scan drawings and files pertaining to Change Order sign off and input onto the Drawing Manager./Issue all drawings and files for Change Order sign off to Suppliers./To issue drawings and files for quotation purposes./Any other Registry functions that may be required from time to time
Skills Needed/Main Accountabilities:
Aacumen for figures/numbers accuracy as we deal with Parts/Variants./Attention to details./Strong communication skills and able to interact with all levels.
Qualifications/Competencies/Experience Required:
Minimum1-2years working experience as assistant/Secretary in Multi-national company/Computer literate, pleasant personality, creative, resourceful & matured with good working attitude/Good written & communication skill in English/Attention to details/Graphics graduates are encouraged to apply
