Purpose of the position
Support regional network with high professional product and material handling knowledge in order to increase sales efficiency and to reach or overachieve target.
Principal responsibilities
- Offer solution with Logis/Stratos and support VNA business
- Support HQ on product survey and competitors products info. Work out its own competitor analysis according to Regional need.
- Market research and customer analysis together with local team.
- Identify local training need and carry out local training for salespeople
- Support local sales team with joined customer visit. Get deep and analytical knowledge about customer applications. Receive customer in branch when necessary.
- Support to organize local customer symposium and exhibitions
- Support HQ activities (training, product launch...etc)
- Answer all product and material handling related enquiries from salespeople
- Prepare UPA request form to HQ, manage UPA feedback info from HQ.
Insure proper dispatch of HQ sales tools, and build up local tools
