| Responsibilities- Act as primary interface to project manager in Southboro.- Work with the project manager to allocate resources and schedule tasks to meet project requirements and project plan- Manage individuals on the team.- Ensure developers understand and adhere to the CLARiiON Software Development Process.- Clarify new feature requirements, drive software design to meet the requirements, implement and test according to established development process.- Interface with development team and other organizations (Service, documentation, QA, Product Management, etc.) as required.- Support qualification during the DVT and QA testing phase - Provide project status to management team- Identify and establish training and mentoring for team members- Escalate technical or personnel issues to Southboro project managerExperience & Skills- 3+ years managing and leading team of software developers- MS/BS in Computer Science with 5+ years experience in software development.- Experience in scheduling tasks, tracking milestones and managing project schedules required.- Strong software development experience in C++ desired. Experience in Java, HTML, Javascript a plus. - Must have a solid understanding of object-oriented concepts and methodologies. - Excellent communication and problem solving skills.- Experience in storage technologies and management software a plus.- Must be willing to travel to US for training and project coordination.
