| Responsibilities: - Deliver key technical tasks of customer and partner engagements, such as physical design based on solution architecture developed by project's architect, coding, implementation and testing of key system components or whole solution based on Microsoft products and technologies. - For project that are complex, large-scale, or with multiple parties' involvement, the candidate may act as assistant for project manager and other senior project members for technical related management tasks - Able to understand common customer requirements and derive the actions/tasks required under overall plan to achieve Microsoft and customer objectives. - Often demonstrates concise and effective communication with customers and employees. Consistently shares best practices with team members. Establishes relationships with Microsoft product - Manage own expenses. Be aware of own contribution to revenue and costs. Understand basic business metrics of Microsoft Services Requirements: - 4 years Project experience in application development, database administration, system design that includes at least 2 or 3 years implementation experience in .NET platform and SQL server related projects. Java platform developing experiences are also acceptable, but hand-on project implementation is a must. Be familiar with Microsoft enterprise platform such as BizTalk Server, Share Point Portal Server is preferred. - Able to assist project manager in project administration, team communication and coordination and lead small team - MCSE / MCSD is preferred, but not required. - Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills. - Love challenges, able to work under pressure, amiable, accountable, proactive, self-critical, teamwork - Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent Department: Microsoft Enterprise Services Group Reports to: Professional Development & Resource Manager
