| Areas of Responsibility:Monitor dept. member to obey the safety rules, ensure production safety. ;Monitor dept. member operate tally with production procedure, ensure the product quality;Direct, control and monitor the production and the logistics, ensure the delivery on time; Stimulate group member work hard with efficiency;Responsible to the productivity and Employee working evaluation, arrange equipment and human resource according to business development ;Carry out, implement, maintain ,improve and supervise ISO9000 quality system of the department;Carry out, implement the environment policy and the EMS document.Requirement:Above Bachelor Degree Be accomplished in production and logistics management; At least 5 years working experiences in multinational company of manufacturing; 3+ years experience on organization and management;Good written & oral English communication skills;Familiar with Win98/2000, MS Office;Responsible, earnest, sense of urgent;Working hard, excellent coordination skill.
