Responsibilities: 1.Technological support and planning of manufacturing and test processes within a.device production 2.Know how transfer and interface to R&D department 3.Improve existing processes as well as develop processes for new products;4.Lead NPI project;5.Detect and prevent processing problems, introduction and application of new development in process engineering;6.Support SM during supplier selection.Requirements:1.Proficient in 3D designing tool (only for Mechanical direction);2.Years' work experience in R&D;3.Professional experience in process, familiar with problem solving, process improving and new process planning;4.Experience of new product introduction/project management;5.Good communication skill and intercultural skills.
