Key Functions：Responsible for purchasing the strategic related electricparts for a GIS, which have to be localized;Design and implement the strategies for maximizing the local purchase volume;Market analysis, supplier management, negotiation, project management and contract management.Areas of Responsibility :Analysis of strategic related electric parts of GIS product;Responsible for sourcing suppliers and market analysis;Handle offer processing;Analysis of product/part specifications, costing, and cost saving;Developing requirements and implementation plan for supplier evaluations;Defining and setting up procedures and guidelines for purchasing and material management;Requirement:Bachelor degree or equivalent with major in mechanical, electric, or high voltage; Familiar with supplier relationship management, competitive bidding, negotiation process, process analysis, supply agreements, and writing contracts etc.;3+ years working experiences in related field, preferably in Logistics, R&D, parts planning, purchasing;Good written and oral communication skill in English;Intermediate to expert level skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);Self-confident, responsible
