| Job description:Responsibility for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on a Recruiting Plan. Administer the recruiting process for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand plan or share in the administration of a large recruiting demand plan. Requirement:3-5 years of HR experience as general HR in MNC, especially in recruiting function, consultant in head hunter firm would be preferred;Very good English both on verbal and written communicationsProven ability to work independently Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentMBA is preferred
