Job description: -Maintain the production equipment in good status Setup and implement the Preventive Maintenance plan -Add up error-proofing function for assembly equipment -Support project team with the set up of new production equipment & technology -Follow up and improve the efficiency of equipment to increase the productivity-Support the online maintenance, -Provide technical training to techs. and operators. -Design, adjust and install new equipment for production use and engineering evaluation-Production up/down time analysis with report. Requirement:-University degree in Automation or Mechanical-electrical engineering. -6 years work experience in equipment engineering maintenance and management. -Good Computer knowledge - C language (expert knowledge required) -Be familiar with electrical and pneumatic system(expert knowledge required). -Be familiar with Mitsubishi PLC and Siemens PLC (expert knowledge required). -Design knowledge of automation equipment. -Good communication skills of oral and written in English -Self-motivated and team work spirit
