Job description:Products quality control and customer satisfaction for the quality. CLR PPM level/WR Cost/Customer satisfaction(including audit result) Customer, all relative department in HSE, QE colleagues of other site Managers, employees; governhmentg agencies Lead the QE group to ensure the quality all the responsible products group. "Refer to the target agreement"Monitor the implementation of continuously quality improvement action Coordinate for all customer audit Handle major customer complaint for warranty and line return. Training of quality engineer team. Support production/SQE for problem solving Prepare the monthly report(Monthly quality report or NQE report) Other tasks defined by management. Requirement: Bachelor degree or above English, fluent, Mandarin, fluent Minimum 5 years experience for quality assurance in international company with 2 years lead ship experience. Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and QS 5 core tools Familiar with 6 Sigma or PDCA Well organized "Strong interpersonal and communication skill Reliable, flexible and competent Open-minded and team-orientated"Mechanical or Electronic engineering.
