我公司苏州分公司为瑞士独资企业，本集团公司为世界精密仪器工业的领军企业。为了加强苏州分公司的快速发展，我们希望于2006年4月起特聘一名有经验的Production Manager。具体要求如下：
Requirements:
- Above 10 years working experience with strong manufacturing experience in an engineering/automotive or in the field of automation and control industry
-Led production teams, fulfilling targets to quality and time.
-Strong understanding of quality standards.
-Mechanical Engineering graduate with business skills.
- Language: English (expert in speaking and writing).
-Good “manners”
Responsibilities:
-Managing the production as related activities, such as production planning, maintenance, process, engineering, new projects.
-Realizing output targets in terms of quantity/ quality/productivity/delivery.
-Developing the concept of world class manufacturing for reduction loses.
-Identify processes improvements to bring about cost reduction.
-Achieve standardization of production processes and consistency in product quality.
-Working closely with global cross functional teams from mother company.
-Install new equipments at the site, set up, start-up protocols, carry out trials and meet Company success criteria’s for production.
-Identify areas of improvement and recommend process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiencies of machine / equipment.
-Plan & implement the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.
