Job Description:
工作说明：
Develop and implement a monitoring system to manage the environmental impacts of SEGX’s plantation operations. Ensure the implementation and certification of the ISO 14001 standard。
制定和实施监测制度以管理斯道拉恩索广西的造林工作对环境的影响；确保ISO 14001标准的执行和认证。
Set the standard and train and implement it within SEGX and with our contractors
设定标准，并保证标准在斯道拉恩索广西以及承包商中的实施和培训的开展
Promote efforts in biodiversity and other positive environmental impacts
努力推动生物的多样性以及其他对环境的积极影响
Participate in the development of Chinese forest certification standards, and ensure their implementation in SEGX’s operations
参与中国森林认证标准的制定，并确保其在斯道拉恩索广西作业中的运用
Internally, communicate actively with senior managers as well as operative staff, especially with field personnel
内部，积极与高级管理人员以及作业人员沟通，特别是林地工作人员
Externally, communicate and engage actively with contractors and other partners that provide services to SEGX. Act as a contact person with UNDP, WWF and similar partners according to existing partnerships

Requirement:
要求：
Degree, preferably in biology, forestry or similar
具有生物学、林业或相关学历
3-5 years of relevant work experience
3-5年相关工作经验
Good social skills
良好的社交技巧
Putonghua as monthertongue, knowledge of local languages is preferred. English skills preferred.
普通话为母语、 懂当地方言、英语者优先
The job requires travel and being in the field the majority of the time.
要求经常出差， 并大部分时间在林地工作
