Job Description:
工作说明
•The task is to secure the accuracy of the existing land base and its relevant attributes in the project area (under SEGX administration and neighboring areas)
任务是，保证项目区内已有的土地及其土地相关属性的准确度（包括在斯道拉恩索管理范围及周边地区）
•Implementation of up to date and cost effective technologies into the existing land base (relatively to remote sensing, GIS, and so on)
推行最新及有效的地理信息技术。
•Capability of understanding land use classification accordingly to local regulations and implement it internally matching it with company policies and demands
了解当地相关规定下的土地使用分类，并且能结合公司的政策与要求来在内部执行这些分类。
•Internally, communicate actively with all operative staff and working partners in Planning Department.
对内：能积极的与公司员工交流并与规划部门的同事合作。
•Externally, communicate and engage with contractors and land bureau.
对外：能与承包商或土地局进行交流或谈判。
•Take responsibility and share knowledge
对工作负责，分享知识。
Requirement
工作要求:
•1 – 2 years work experience related to GPS, GIS, Remote Sensing, Mapping Tools (post graduation degree can be considered).
1-2年与GPS，GIS，遥感，制图有关的工作经验，研究生学历。
•Spatial Analysis, Road network, DEM processing skills are preferred
有空间分析，公路网络，处理数字高程模型相关技能的优先
•Experience in operating ESRI software family is preferred
有操作ESRI公司的家族软件经验优先
•Forestry and environmental background is preferred
有林业与环境背景优先
•Work experience abroad is an advantage
有在国外工作经验的优先
•Good social skills 良好的社交能力
•Fluent in spoken and written English
流利的书面与口头英语。
•Team builder. Leadership. Capable to work in a matrix environment.
