| 职位描述(Job Descriptions) |
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering;
2.3-5 years sourcing experience, at least 2 years of sourcing project managment experience;
3.Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
4.Honest, highly self-motivated, capable of working independently:
5.Creative thinking, good at problem solving, drive and focus-results oriented;
6.Good team spirit, high sense of responsibility;
7.Business and managment awareness;
8.Project Planning and Control;
9.Good to profound understanding on manufacturing costing and price negotiation;
10.Advanced quality concept and capable to implement commodity strategy plan and benchmarking activities 11.Comprehensive knowledge of technologies;
12.Willing to travel;
13. profound experience in sourcing and technical topics for screws and stamping parts and the complete manufacturing process
14.willingness to learn
15.experiences with communication with international customers
Job description:
1. Scanning the market for current supplier distribution and newly developed supplier areas
2. Searching for new products, extended produst range, new developments.
3.Scanning trade fairs and exhibitions for new opportunities and market development.
