Education/Experience Requirement:
University degree or equivalent major in IT related subject
Minimum 7 years of experience working in IT field and 3 years experience on a team leader above position.
Technical skills about Windows 2003 Server (AD, group policy), Checkpoint firewall is preferred
Program experience of Lotus Domino / Notes, MS ACCESS、VBA experience, SAP ABAP is preferred
Hands on experience of SAP logistic modules (PP,MM,SD) is a must, knowledge of financial module (FI/CO) is an advantage
ITIL Certification and / or PMI Certification is an advantage
1 Position Function:
Ensures smooth IT operations both in the plant operation and purchasing network in the framework of the Hettich's global IT policies.
2 Scopes of Responsibilities:
Management / Administration
Supervises IT engineers and outsourcing IT Support
Manages IT activities within the company. Assists in establishing career paths for IT staff
Based on business requirements, provide cost effective and fit-for-purpose IT solutions
Ensures IT staff is fully trained with Hettich procedures and processes. Manages training programs to continually maintain and enhance staff skills
Prepares consolidated IT budget within the country and aligns with Headquarters
Ensures proper and timely communication to business departments and HQs IT
Infrastructure / Operations
Maintains smooth daily operation of IT infrastructure
Ensures ongoing support for Core Services including File, Print, Messaging, Active Directory
Supervises hardware and software installation in line with corporate and HQs' direction
Ensures a virus free environment
Continuous evaluation of IT recovery plan
Ensures data and system security is in line with corporate direction
Governs IT policies, procedures and standards for company in line with Global IT direction
Ensures proper IT documentation on (1) change management, (2) operation control book, (3) incident and problem management, (4) IT equipment list, (5) license registration
Ensures all hardware is covered by proper maintenance agreements
Works with Global IT to ensure reasonable network performance at factory and office
Application Support /Development
1. SAP:
Provide 1st level SAP support for local users including PP,MM,SD,FI and CO modules.
Involve in enhancement of SAP functions and Business process
2. Develop/Implement of IT applications, base on local sepcific requirement from Business
3. Provide On-going support and enhancement for other applications including:
Sourcing database,
Contract database,
Master file database
IBS (QMS) System

4. Supervises IT engineer to provide technical support and advice to users
5. Organizes regular user training on various applications and software packages
