--Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
--Strong in project planning and project control.
--Honest, highly self-motivated, capable of working independently.
--Creative thinking, good at problem solving, drive and focus-results oriented.
--Good team spirit, high sense of responsibility.
--Good understanding on manufacturing costing and price negotiation.
--Advanced quality concept and capable to implement commodity strategy plan.
--Business and management awareness.
--Willing to travel.
--Comprehensive knowledge of technologies.
