Technical experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in JAVA web application and ability to start a project from scratch
Struts, Hibernate, Spring preferable with J2EE background, Database:MySQL, SQLServer, preferable Oracle
Skills:
Ability to work in a team,
Ability to deliver good quality tasks and without delays, ability to lead a team, Ability to learn fast
Good research skills, organized and creative thinking,
Ability to find efficient solutions quickly.
Salary range:
salary negotiable depending on each case and experience
3 years experience: 3500 - 4000
4 years experience: 4500 - 5000
5 years experience: 5500 - 6000
6 years experience: 6500 - 7000
Yearly bonus: up to 2 months bonus depending on the employee performance during the year
Yearly rise: up to 20% also based on employee performance
