Qualifications required: - University graduate, overseas graduate will be an advantage - Excellent English (both speaking and writing) - Minimum 5 years of working experience in customer service, logistic or operations, with at least 2 years at managerial level - Working experience in multinational companies preferred - Knowledge of shipping, export bill documents and trade terms will be an advantage - Independent and highly motivated. Can work under pressure. - Ability to work with people at all levels
Job requirements: - To supervise a department with over 30 staff in order processing, customer service, logistic support and customer private packaging to ensure delivery of excellent services to customers - To increase efficiency by improving and streamline the operations and procedures - To introduce new facilities and services to support sales and to increase customer satisfaction - To coordinate with the factories to ensure prompt delivery to customers
