Reports To:RedWorks General Manager
Job Summary:
The RedWorks Traffic Manager is responsible for the establishment of competitive production timing schedules for all jobs, and for the subsequent orderly and timely movement of production material within the various affected parties to ensure those production timing schedules for all jobs briefed into RedWorks are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
<li>Management of the Trafficking Team including the periodic completion of Performance Assessments.
<li>Adequate and appropriate resourcing of the Trafficking team.
<li>Obtaining quotes and raising cost estimates for all jobs.
<li>Raising of all purchase orders
<li>Management of all jobs to defined time and quality standards.
<li>Updating status reports to reflect any changes.
<li>Proactive monitoring of all jobs'progress against key milestones to ensure scheduled delivery.
<li>Leadership of all WIP meetings.
<li>Assistance in the generation of job history and job cost reports.
Required Skills:
<li>Leadership, management and team building skills.
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of the Print Production process.
<li>Strong people, problem solving and negotiating skills.
<li>Strong focus on detail.
<li>Successful track record managing multiple client assignments.
<li>Strong oral communication skills.
