<b>EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES</b> - You have a good college or above degree, preferably in an HR-related major. - Work experience in event planning, training organization and administration. - Previous experience in HR or comparable service areas is a plus. - Very good ability to communicate in English (written and spoken). - You appreciate working in an international, dynamic and virtual team. - You like to provide solutions and work independently with a high service orientation for our customers.
<b>EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS</b> As a member of the KPS team, you will be responsible for setting up and handling trainings and events for the different personnel development offers to the SAP internal workforce. You provide all necessary information, resource management, event scheduling, attendance management and support, quality checking and first-hand handling of customer feedback. Furthermore, you evaluate the customer feedback and identify possible process improvements. <b>PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES</b> The Global License Auditing Department has responsibility for ensuring that our customers are in total compliance with their license agreement as set out with SAP. The role of Licence Auditor is a varied one which will involve interaction with technical (e.g. system administrators) and administrative (purchaser, controller, etc) people from a customer point of view, and then from an SAP perspective you will work closely with both our Sales and Contract department colleagues.

<b>EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS</b> - As a License Auditor you will communicate with customers on a daily basis and support them in performing the license audit process in their computer systems (giving advice on technical and contractual questions which customers may have). - Follow up with customers to ensure licence audits are completed. - After the customer has submitted the results of the license audit, you perform an evaluation of the results and compare them to their licensed software product agreements. - Liaise with our Sales Department in relation to the findings of the licence audits so that they can take the necessary action required. - Daily tasks include the following: data entry, reminder and follow up activities with both sales people and customers, evaluations of audit results and technical support via telephone. Full training will be provided for this position.

<b>EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS</b> SAP's powerful software requires a high level of expertise from our support consultants. Every team member will therefore first receive general training and then undergo a specialization in one or more of the specific SAP application or technology areas. Your long-term functional career path includes the possibility to deliver onsite services focusing on technical quality management. You will also have the chance to take over coding ownership and maintenance responsibility in close cooperation with SAP's Installed Base Maintenance & Support unit. You will work in a multinational team in close cooperation with experts from all over the world with a focus on supporting customers from Japan, China, Korea, Australia & New Zealand. Next to technical skills, proficiency in Japanese and English language is key.
