<b>PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES</b> Within SAP, Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) industrializes the knowledge production, pushes innovation in knowledge transfer, and productizes experience-based knowledge. KPS Training Event Services is a worldwide acting delivery organization for knowledge transfer and training services. Our team provides training event services to support the educational interests and needs of all SAP employees. We are responsible for the smooth rollout of internal training programs and organize classroom trainings as well as virtual seminars. Our curriculum covers the following topics: Management Development and Project Management Special Training for different target groups (Development, Sales, Consulting, Marketing, IT etc.) Product Trainings Introduction Program for new employees Tailor-made Training and Customized Services
<b>EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES</b> - You have a good college or above degree, preferably in an HR-related major. - Work experience in event planning, training organization and administration. - Previous experience in HR or comparable service areas is a plus. - Very good ability to communicate in English (written and spoken). - You appreciate working in an international, dynamic and virtual team. - You like to provide solutions and work independently with a high service orientation for our customers.
<b>EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS</b> As a member of the KPS team, you will be responsible for setting up and handling trainings and events for the different personnel development offers to the SAP internal workforce. You provide all necessary information, resource management, event scheduling, attendance management and support, quality checking and first-hand handling of customer feedback. Furthermore, you evaluate the customer feedback and identify possible process improvements. The wide range of responsibilities includes: - Organize and administrate trainings, info sessions and team events independently. - Be the first contact for managers and employees for the offered services. - Organize resource management and event accommodation. - Schedule and coordinate external and internal trainers. - Communicate and collaborate with external contractors like training vendors and hotels. - Cooperate with other internal service providers. - Improve the work and processes continuously.
