    职位描述(Job Descriptions)
    <b>PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES</b>
    SAP Active Global Support makes sure that the core business processes of our customers run efficiently. We currently support more than 28,000 customers with about 100,000 installations worldwide. SAP Active Global Support helps our customers to reduce the total cost of ownership and maximize the return on investment of their SAP solutions.

    <b>EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES</b>
    -University education background
    -Excellent written and oral communication skills
    -Excellent spoken and written Cantonese is a must - native
    Cantonese speakers are welcome
    -Basic English language is required for internal communication
    with contacts from other SAP subsidiaries
    -Strong customer service skills and customer orientation
    -Organizational/planning/time-management skills
    -Ability to anticipate issues/problems and work within time constraints
    -Proficiency with PC's, Microsoft Office, and other standard software applications
    -Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environment
    -Thorough knowledge of the business cycle
    -Excellent team player and help to achieve team targets

    <b>EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS</b>
    Act as point of entry (inbound) for support and services related phone calls to provide customer with various information about message status, service products and general information about support related topics. Also execute calling campaigns (outbound) to provide customers proactively with service and product information as well as gather support relevant data and maintain these data in SAP's internal systems. Close cooperation and alignment with other lines of business in SAP Active Global Support.
    Responsibilities:
    Inbound:
    -Take customer calls and provide status feedback about customer messages or general requests and document contact in SAP's internal systems
    -Describes business impact of customer problem to hand over to Global Escalation Management if necessary
    -Maintain service plans (Safeguarding Campaign, SSR Customer Engagement Program) for SAP's customers in SAP's internal systems
    -Ensures information flow to the Support organization regarding critical customer situations
    -Forwards customer requests to account management contact for general requests
    Outbound:
    -Position SAP services to customers via calling campaigns
    -Inform customers about the value of service offerings
    -Gather customer data and care for quality of customer data in internal systems
    -Always hold deadlines in running campaigns
