JOB DESCRIPTION
IBM Services and Solution Co. Ltd. ( ISSC ) is IBM wholly owned subsidiary。主要业务范围包括各种与资讯科技相关的应用服务，及外包式应用系统软件开发、维护和管理，以日本、欧美等海外市场业务为主。
Hiring Number: 1 or 2
Base work location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
* Work on requirement changes to programs that are initiated through work item items.
* Understand user requirements.
* Update the appropriate functional specification.
* Document the design approach details in the work item.
* Participating in peer review/code review for the changes that have been made.
* Developing unit test case scenarios to validate the functions added or changed.
* Executing the unit test cases and verify results.
* Fixing problems and re-running tests until errors are fixed.
* Participating in meetings and investigations related to such things as defect prevention, quality management, and status meetings (others as required).
* Adhering to the development and quality standards of Global AMS Delivery, IGS US.
* Developing fixes for approved Test Incident Reports (TIRs) provided by US project manager or team lead.
* Investigating, correcting, and testing problems discovered during Integration/SIT/UAT,
Functional Verification Test (FVT), and Pre-Prod testing through the TIR process.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years SAP work experience SAP Basis.
* Good at SAP Interface monitor, Batch Job support, Database maintain and so on.
* Bachelor Degree or higher
* CET 6
* Good spoken English/listening skills. Need to be interviewed by US PM
* Preferred work experience with overseas customers
* Preferred knowledge in Logistics and supply chain management and/or manufacturing.
