The employing company:
German parent group profile
The parent group of the employing company is a developer for and supplier to the international automobile industry. The automotive global player’s head office is based in the western part of Germany and has manufacturing units in Europe and Latin America.
Responsibilities:
- Opening the market, i.e. collecting and actively researching relevant information about automobile market and relevant competitors
- Managing together with his team the sales activities in China and developing the sales and marketing objectives
- Analysing car sales statistics to determine the forecast situation and inventory requirements and monitor customer requirements
- Operational and strategic planning, sales and marketing policy,
development of market position
- The acquisition of important automobile projects, leading customer presentations supporting technical discussions and project management
- The development of sales strategy in coordination with the General Manager to confirm and develop our position on the market in the future
- Preparing information for the annual planning process in coordination with the General Manager
- leading subordinates
- reporting style
Requirements
- university degree (Bachelor engineering)
- technical background in plastic raw material transformation
- knowledge in injection, extrusion and blowmoulding
- technical background in engineering is required to support technical discussion and project management
- over 3 years experience (in the same company)in automotive T1 OEM
- customers (industrial automation, machine, equipment)
- experience in direct sales
- computer skills in MS Office, Power Point & AutoCAD
- native from Mainland China and trilingual Mandarin/English/Japanese
- Knowledge of German language would be a plus
