work location: Guangzhou
The position
Responsibilities:
- Quality assurance; Quality management system according to ISO 9001,
VDO 6.1, FMEA, APAP and company rules; Quality of purchasing, production process, semi-finished part, etc.
- Quality planning and improvement
- Quality manuals, documentation, records, reports and statistics
- Preparing quality audits
- Quality training for the employees
Being responsible for and making decisions concerning all measures that are necessary for fulfilling the assignment:
- Cooperate in all development projects of the company in Guangzhou and in new product launch and localization from Germany
- Close cooperation with the development department
- Coordinate and communicate with the responsible positions which contribute to the quality. Especially concerning quality deviation with control of the implementation of long-term remedial actions
- Develop quality control plan for purchased parts, according to R&D and IE department
- Purchasing test and measuring equipment for incoming inspection
- Documentation of quality deviation
- Keep quality statistics for in-plant and purchased products
- Show quality figures
Requirements
- University (Bachelor) Degree in engineering or other technical major
- Preferred professional experience in the areas of laboratory or medical technology, or electro-mechanical instruments and meters; or mixing, heating, fluid control or similar small machines and equipment.
- Professional experience in quality assurance
- Work experience in a foreign owned enterprise or JV in China
- Very good knowledge of English (or German), Chinese native speaker.
- Very good computer skills
- Personality: dynamic, hardworking, sincere, good working attitude & business orientated; Very good communication skills
- Act on one`s own initiative, working systematically, according to time management, strategy, planning
- Around 5-8 years work experience
