    职位描述(Job Descriptions)
    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Provide a consistent Human Resources policy for the major Human Resources issues (recruitment, performance appraisal, training, employee relationship, payroll management, etc.), which is in line with the business line, but also based on the local law;

    2. Support/provide a strategy for the operation based on development of the business and align this policy by communication, influencing and commitment from managers;

    3. Introduce new tools, based on creating and maintaining an optimum staffing level in quantitative and qualitative terms in the short and long term, characterized by maximum motivation and involvement in the business objectives;

    4. Advise, coach and support the management in the area of personnel and organization

    5. Initiate, develop and manage the Human Resources policies that align the strategy, policies and processes of business operation, and align them with the local conditions;

    6. Implement and execute activities relative to recruitment, selection, dismissal, assessment, remuneration, development/training activities;

    7. Execute the staffing in the way of focusing on staffing planning, transfers, deployment and recruits based on the requisitions approvals for the Businesses;

    8. Initiate, develop and manage the performance management / management development / leadership development in line with the management;

    9. Provide a training plan based on input of the management for the employees at the site, and aligned with the business strategy;

    10. Facilitate the organizational development process;

    11. Maintain good relationship with local government and relative departments.

    Requirements:

    1. Degree holder in Human Resources Management;

    2. Minimum 7 years human resources experience with 3 years in management position;

    3. Good command of written and sp en English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

    4. Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
