    职位描述(Job Descriptions)
    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Daily management and staff development:

    - Responsible for the overall performance of the Station, and ensure the Station has achieved the targets set by head office

    - Manage, optimize and drive the team to higher quality and greater productivity

    - Effectively manage headcount

    - Plan and manage the resources for projects, and drive the resources to be fully occupied

    - Ensure compliance with government and Group’s policy

    - Ensure the efficient internal communications with superior and employees

    - Assist General Manager on strategic, project, and other special assignment

    2. Business development:

    - Ensure a well-defined objective to be in place to the Station, in line with and support the corporate strategy.

    - Drive business development in Guizhou

    - Liaise with local service providers and vendors

    - Aware of trends and development in the industry for corresponding change and adjustment in internal management / strategy; Collect and present updated market information to the Management regularly

    3. P & L monitoring:

    - Be responsible for P & L of the Station

    - Meet revenue / profit target of the Station

    - Control and minimize A/R

    - Monitor and control cost to a reasonable level

    Qualification:

    - Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or maritime related field is preferred

    - Strong sales background

    - At least 8 years’ experience in forwarder/logistics industry, with at least 4 years in managerial position

    - Solid knowledge on air freight

    - Good command of English (both spoken & written) and PC application

    - Strong management and leadership skills

    - Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent,

    - Demonstrated ability to develop influential customer relationship, business plans, presentation and proposals.
