HR Manager (Male, 30-37 years old)
Responsibilities: 1. In charge of the recruitment of the normal staffs and workers; 2. In charge of the attendance of the whole plant, check, record and file; 3. Workers salary control; 4. Responsible for labor contract with supervisors and normal staffs; 5. Training analysis on job and training planning formulation; 6. Training to all employees; 7. Performance evaluation to supervisors, staffs and workers; 8. Organization Chart and Job Description update; 9. Probation evaluation and file; 10. Proposals on HR policy and salary; 11. Headcount control;
Requirements: 1. University graduate; 2. At least 5 years of human resources experience in a multinational company with 3 years of managerial background; 3. Fluent in written and spoken English; 4. Excellent communication skill; 5. Excellent people skills and able to build staff relations; 6. Good presentation skill;
