Purchasing Supervisor
Requirements：
College or above major in Engineering;
3 years of experience in supplier management;
Good ability to using PC software, statistics, 5S, ISO9000, ISO14000, ERP;
Good command of English both speaking and writing;
Excellent communication and negotiation skill;
Willing to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Provide document to custom and local authority;
Approval for shipment import both material and machines;
Verify and make disposition of defective parts found at incoming level;
Create the specifications at incoming for all materials;
Create Supplier survey and qualification program;
Develop and select new supplier;
Set up and maintain and improve supplier management system, Review / feedback Supplier Performance;
Periodically meeting with suppliers, Get / Review /feedback suppliers’ information;
Lead purchasing and cross-functional teams to integrate Six sigma, DFSS, DFM, Lean manufacturing methodology in supplier manufacturing process;
Control turnkey supplier to be in-line with company policy.
Represent the company on all incoming matters, including goods and services purchased from suppliers;
Monitor and control the quality of incoming material (both direct and indirect).
