Decoration & Printing Manager
Responsibilities:
1. As expert in lacquering, frosting and printing operation to analyze the techniques and assistance needed externally;
2. In charge of the production planning of the decoration to be produced on customer’s requirements basis;
3. Materials, equipments, power and water preparation for decoration production;
4. Workshop Safety responsibility;
5. Full accountability in lacquering, frosting and printing operation for decoration work shop, including self-quality control, quality assurance, data collection and analysis etc.
6. Responsible for production process and work instruction to be standardized;
7. Assure the reliability of the decoration machinery and process;
8. Data presented on cost control and reduction;
9. Production process continue improvement;
10. People management and teamwork circumstances created among the workshop.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or related subject;
2. Experience in glass decoration: lacquering, frosting, and printing;
3. Proficient in English speaking and writing;
4. At least 3 years experience in a glass manufacturing industry with a production leader role;
5. Self motivated and team builder;
6. Willing to work under pressure.
