| 职位描述(Job Descriptions) |
Requirements:
◆University degree in Engineering, International Trade or related field;
◆Excellent English both speaking and writing;
◆Team player and result driven;
◆Good time management and cost saving orientated;
◆Strong negotiation and communication skill;
◆At least 3 years of working experience in a sourcing management function within the manufacturing industry;
Responsibilities:
◆Be in charge of raw material, equipment and supporting goods purchase, guarantee the successive supply and reasonable supply price;
◆Collect marketing information, and be sure that the supplier’s product and service meet our requirements and in the best price;
◆Follow up the purchase goods, and make JIT implementation effectively；
◆Build up the file system, and keep the record accurate and integrated;
◆Set up and maintain supplier’s database;
◆Develop new suppliers;
◆Control purchase difference, and prepare the relevant analysis report;
◆Audit suppliers, manage their performance, and make them continuous improvement.

工程学本科学历，或国际贸易相关专业毕业；
良好的英语说写能力；
团队合作，结果驱动；
良好的时间管理和费用节省调整技能；
三年以上制造工业采购寻源管理工作经验。
职责：
负责原材料、设备、货物采购支持、连续供应保证、合理供应价格保证；
收集市场信息，保证供应商的产品和服务符合我们的要求，并提供了最好的价格；
跟进购买的货物，有效执行JIT；
建立文件系统，保持记录正确和完整；
建立和维护供应商数据库；
开发新的供应商；
控制采购差异，准备相关的分析报告；
审核供应商，监控供应商的工作，促使供应商水平的不断提高。
